Directions

  1. - Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat, season steaks with salt and pepper; cook for 5-7 minutes per side until desired doneness (135°F/57°C for medium-rare); remove and set aside.
  2. - Add remaining oil to the skillet, fry eggs sunny-side up for 3-4 minutes until whites are set.
  3. - Serve each steak with 1 egg warm.
