  1. 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  2. 4 cups broccoli florets
  3. 2 tablespoons olive oil
  4. 1 teaspoon ginger powder

Directions

  1. - Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. - Add shrimp, season with ginger, salt, and pepper, and cook for 4-5 minutes until pink (145°F/63°C); remove and set aside.
  3. - Add remaining oil and broccoli, stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until tender-crisp.
  4. - Return shrimp to skillet, mix, and serve 1 cup per portion.
