Ingredients
- 2 cans (4 oz each) sardines in olive oil, drained
- 4 cups kale, chopped
- 1 onion , chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- - Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- - Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, sauté onion for 3-4 minutes, add kale, garlic powder, salt, and pepper; cook for 5-7 minutes until wilted.
- - Add sardines and cook for 3-5 minutes until heated through, gently breaking them apart.
- - Serve 1 cup per portion warm.
