Directions

  1. Bring a medium pot of water to a boil, add shrimp, and cook for 2-3 minutes until pink (internal temperature 145°F), then drain and cool in ice water.
  2. Toss shrimp with lemon juice.
  3. Divide shrimp and cocktail sauce into two portions, serving 4 shrimp with 2 tablespoons sauce per portion.
