Ingredients
- 8 medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 lemon , cut into 2 wedges
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Directions
- Bring a medium pot of water to a boil, add shrimp, and cook for 2-3 minutes until pink (internal temperature 145°F), then drain and cool in ice water.
- Season shrimp with salt and pepper.
- Divide shrimp and lemon wedges into two portions, serving 4 shrimp with 1 lemon wedge per portion to squeeze over.
