  2. 1 medium cucumber, sliced into 4 thick rounds
  3. 1 tablespoon olive oil
  4. 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  5. 1/4 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. - In a mixing bowl, mix crab meat with olive oil, lemon juice, and salt.
  2. - Scoop out a small portion of each cucumber round to create a shallow cup.
