Ingredients
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons almond flour
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 onion , chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon thyme

Directions
- - Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- - In a bowl, mix turkey, egg, almond flour, thyme, salt, and pepper; form into 16 meatballs.
- - Place meatballs on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through (165°F/74°C).
- - Heat olive oil in a pot over medium heat, sauté onion for 3-4 minutes, add broth, bring to a simmer, and add meatballs; simmer for 5 minutes.
- - Serve 4 meatballs with 1 cup broth per portion warm.
