  1. 1 lb ground turkey
  2. 1 egg

  4. 4 cups chicken broth
  5. 1 onion , chopped
  6. 2 tablespoons olive oil
  7. 1 teaspoon thyme

Directions

  1. - Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. - In a bowl, mix turkey, egg, almond flour, thyme, salt, and pepper; form into 16 meatballs.
  3. - Place meatballs on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through (165°F/74°C).
  4. - Heat olive oil in a pot over medium heat, sauté onion for 3-4 minutes, add broth, bring to a simmer, and add meatballs; simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. - Serve 4 meatballs with 1 cup broth per portion warm.
