  1. 1 lb shrimp, peeled, deveined, and finely chopped
  2. 2 medium zucchinis, grated and squeezed dry
  3. 2 tablespoons olive oil
  4. 1 teaspoon dried dill
  5. - Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. - In a medium bowl, mix shrimp, zucchini, dill, salt, and pepper; form into 8 patties.
  2. - In a large skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil and cook patties for 4-5 minutes per side until shrimp is pink (145°F/63°C) and patties are firm.
  3. - Serve warm.
