Ingredients
- 2 cans (4 oz each) sardines in olive oil, drained
- 2 cups canned crushed tomatoes
- 1 onion , chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- - Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- - Heat olive oil in a pot over medium heat, sauté onion for 3-4 minutes.
- - Add tomatoes, oregano, salt, and pepper; bring to a boil, then simmer for 15 minutes.
