Ingredients
- 4 chicken thighs (bone-in, skin-on)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Directions
- - Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, season chicken with garlic powder, salt, and pepper, and cook for 8-10 minutes per side until done (165°F/74°C); remove and set aside.
