  1. 1 cup all-purpose flour

  3. 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  4. 2 large eggs
  5. 1 cup grated carrots
  6. 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Directions

  1. - Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. - In a medium bowl, mix flour, sugar, oil, eggs, carrots, and cinnamon until smooth.
  3. - Pour into a greased 8-inch round pan and bake for 30-35 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean; cool and slice into 4 pieces.
  4. - Serve at room temperature.
