Ingredients
- 8 ounces turkey breast, sliced
- 4 slices bacon (turkey bacon for Halal)
- 6 slices whole grain bread, toasted
- 1 cup lettuce, shredded
- 1 medium tomato, sliced
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
Directions
- - In a large skillet over medium heat, cook bacon until crispy, about 4-5 minutes, then drain on paper towels.
- - Spread mayonnaise on one side of each slice of toast.
- - Layer turkey, bacon, lettuce, and tomato on two slices, add another slice of toast, repeat layers, and top with the final slice.
