Ingredients
- 2 whole grain tortillas (gluten-free for Gluten-Free tag)
- 1/4 cup hummus
- 1/2 cup cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup bell pepper, sliced

Directions
- Spread 2 tablespoons hummus evenly over each tortilla.
- Place half the cucumber and bell pepper slices in each tortilla, sprinkle with black pepper if desired.
