  2. 4 small corn tortillas
  3. 1/2 cup salsa
  4. 1 cup lettuce, shredded
  5. 1 tablespoon olive oil

Directions

  1. In a medium skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil, add fish, salt, and pepper, and cook until flaky, about 5-7 minutes (internal temperature 145°F).
