Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 4 medium zucchinis, spiralized into noodles
- 1 cup canned crushed tomatoes (no sugar added)
- 1 onion , chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- - Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- - Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, sauté onion for 3-4 minutes, add beef, garlic powder, salt, and pepper; cook until browned, about 8-10 minutes.
- - Stir in tomatoes, simmer for 15-20 minutes until thickened.
- - Heat remaining oil in another skillet, sauté zoodles for 2-3 minutes until just tender, top with 1/2 cup sauce per 1 cup zoodles, and serve warm.
Storage
Refrigerate sauce and zoodles separately for up to 3 days. Reheat sauce on stovetop, zoodles briefly.
