  4. 4 medium zucchinis, sliced

Directions

  1. - Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. - In a mixing bowl, combine turkey, egg, almond flour, garlic powder, salt, and pepper; form into 16 meatballs.
  3. - Place meatballs on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through (165°F/74°C).
  4. - In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté zucchini for 5-7 minutes until tender.
