Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup canned diced tomatoes (no sugar added)
- 1 onion , chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- - Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- - Heat olive oil in a pot over medium heat, sauté onion for 3-4 minutes, add beef, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper; cook until browned, about 8-10 minutes.
- - Stir in tomatoes, bring to a boil, then simmer for 20-25 minutes.
