  1. 1 large head cauliflower, cut into florets
  2. 1 cup heavy cream
  3. 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  4. 2 tablespoons olive oil
  5. 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Directions

  1. - Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. - Boil cauliflower florets in a pot of water for 5-7 minutes until tender, then drain.
  3. - In a skillet, heat olive oil, add cream, cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper; simmer for 5 minutes until thickened, then mix with cauliflower.
  4. - Transfer to a baking dish and bake for 15-20 minutes until bubbly.
  5. - Serve 1 cup per portion warm.
