Ingredients
- 1 cup Greek yogurt, plain
- 4 fresh figs, quartered
- 1/4 cup granola (gluten-free for Gluten-Free tag)

Directions
- In each of two glasses or bowls, layer 1/4 cup Greek yogurt.
- Add 2 quartered figs over the yogurt in each.
- Sprinkle 2 tablespoons granola over the figs in each.
- Top with remaining yogurt and drizzle each with 1/2 tablespoon honey if desired.
- Serve chilled or at room temperature.
Storage
Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 2 days. Best assembled fresh to keep granola crunchy.
