  1. 2 cups bone broth (homemade or sugar-free for Whole30)
  2. 1 cup carrots, peeled and chopped
  3. 1/4 teaspoon salt
  4. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

  1. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, bring bone broth to a simmer, about 5-7 minutes.
  2. Add chopped carrots and cook until tender, about 8-10 minutes.
  3. Using a blender or immersion blender, puree the carrots with the broth until smooth.
  4. Season with salt and pepper, divide into two bowls, and garnish with parsley if desired.
  5. Serve warm.
