Ingredients
- 4 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika

Directions
- In a medium saucepan, boil eggs for 10 minutes. Drain and cool under cold water.
- Peel eggs and slice in half lengthwise.
- Remove yolks and place in a mixing bowl.
- Mash yolks with mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper.
- Spoon yolk mixture back into egg whites and sprinkle with paprika.
- Serve chilled.
