  5. 4 cucumber slices

Directions

  1. - In a medium skillet over medium heat, melt butter and cook chicken livers for 8-10 minutes until fully cooked (internal temp 165°F).
  2. - Blend cooked livers with salt and pepper until smooth to make pâté.
  3. - Spoon 1 tablespoon pâté onto each cucumber slice and serve 2 slices per portion.
