  1. - 1 (5-ounce) can tuna in water, drained
  2. 2 medium bell peppers, halved and seeded
  3. 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  4. 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  5. 1/4 teaspoon salt
  6. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

  1. - Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. - In a medium bowl, flake tuna with a fork, then mix with mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  3. - Stuff each bell pepper half with the tuna mixture, place on a baking sheet, and bake for 15-20 minutes until peppers are tender.
  4. - Serve 1 stuffed pepper per portion warm.
