  1. 8 ounces salmon fillet
  2. 1 tablespoon olive oil
  3. 1/4 cup heavy cream
  4. 1 teaspoon dill, chopped
  5. 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  6. 1/4 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. - In a medium skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil.
  2. - Season salmon with salt and pepper, cook for 4-5 minutes per side until flaky (internal temperature 145°F).
  3. - In a small bowl, mix heavy cream, dill, and lemon juice.
  4. - Serve each salmon fillet with 2 tablespoons dill cream on top, warm.
