Ingredients
- 4 ounces raw sushi-grade salmon, thinly sliced
- 1 cup cooked sushi rice
- 2 nori sheets
- 1/4 cup cucumber, julienned
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce (or tamari for gluten-free)
- 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
Directions
- - Mix sushi rice with rice vinegar.
- - Place a nori sheet on a sushi mat, spread 1/2 cup rice evenly, add salmon and cucumber in a line, and roll tightly using the mat.
- - Slice into 4 pieces, repeat with the second nori sheet, and serve with soy sauce, 4 rolls per portion.
Storage
Best served fresh. Not recommended for storage due to raw fish.
