  1. 1 lb ground turkey
  2. 1 egg
  3. 2 tablespoons almond flour
  4. 4 cups fresh spinach
  5. 2 tablespoons olive oil
  6. 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Directions

  1. - In a bowl, mix turkey, egg, almond flour, garlic powder, salt, and pepper; form into 4 patties.
  2. - Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, cook patties for 5-7 minutes per side until done (165°F/74°C).
  3. - Add remaining oil and spinach, sauté for 3-5 minutes until wilted.
  4. - Serve 1 patty with 1 cup spinach per portion warm.
