  1. 1 lb ground turkey
  2. 2 cups whole grain bread, cubed
  3. 1 cup chicken broth
  4. 1 onion , chopped
  5. 2 tablespoons olive oil
  6. 1 teaspoon sage
  7. - Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. - Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. - Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, sauté onion for 3-4 minutes, add turkey, sage, salt, and pepper; cook until browned, about 8-10 minutes.
  3. - In a baking dish, mix turkey with bread cubes, pour broth over the top, drizzle with remaining oil, and bake for 30-35 minutes until golden.
  4. - Serve 1 cup per portion warm.
