  1. 2 cans (5 oz each) tuna, drained
  2. 1 egg
  3. 2 tablespoons almond flour
  4. 4 cups mixed greens
  5. 1 onion , chopped
  6. 2 tablespoons olive oil
  7. 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  8. - Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. - In a bowl, mix tuna, egg, almond flour, half the onion, salt, and pepper; form into 8 patties.
  2. - Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, cook patties for 4-5 minutes per side until golden.
  3. - Toss greens with remaining oil, lemon juice, remaining onion, salt, and pepper; serve 2 patties with 1 cup salad per portion warm or chilled.
