  4. 1 teaspoon dried dill

Directions

  1. - In a large skillet over medium heat, heat 1 tablespoon olive oil and cook chicken with dill, salt, and pepper for 8-10 minutes until done (165°F/74°C).
  2. - Add remaining oil and cucumbers; sauté for 5 minutes until slightly softened.
  3. - Serve warm in bowls.
