Ingredients
- 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 onion , chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- - Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- - Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, add beef, garlic powder, salt, and pepper; cook for 5-7 minutes until browned, then remove and set aside.
- - Add remaining oil, sauté onion and mushrooms for 5-7 minutes, stir in cream, and simmer for 5 minutes until thickened; return beef to the skillet.
- - Serve 1 cup per portion warm.
