  2. 4 cups broccoli florets
  3. 2 tablespoons olive oil

Directions

  1. - Form ground beef into 4 patties, season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. - Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, cook patties for 5-7 minutes per side until done (160°F/71°C).
  3. - In the same skillet, add remaining oil and broccoli, sauté for 5-7 minutes until tender-crisp.
  4. - Serve 1 patty with 1 cup broccoli per portion warm.
