  1. 1/2 cup sabudana (tapioca pearls), soaked for 4 hours
  2. 1/4 cup sugar
  3. 1/4 cup ghee (clarified butter)
  4. 1 teaspoon cardamom powder

Directions

  1. - Drain soaked sabudana and mix with sugar and cardamom in a medium bowl.
  2. - Heat ghee in a skillet over medium heat, shape mixture into 8 balls, and fry for 5-10 minutes until golden; cool slightly.
  3. - Serve at room temperature.
