  2. 2 tablespoons almond butter (sugar-free for Whole30)

Directions

  1. Preheat toaster oven or oven to 400°F if using an oven.
  2. Toast sweet potato slices in a toaster on high setting (or bake in oven on a baking sheet) until tender, about 8-10 minutes.
  3. Spread 1/2 tablespoon almond butter over each slice.
  4. Serve 2 slices per plate warm.
