Directions

  1. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, bring almond milk to a gentle boil.
  2. Stir in rolled oats, reduce heat to low, and simmer for 8-10 minutes until oats are soft.
  3. Stir in chocolate chips until melted and well combined.
  4. Divide into two bowls and drizzle with maple syrup if desired.
  5. Serve warm.
