Directions

  1. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine coconut milk and water, bringing to a gentle boil.
  2. Stir in rolled oats, reduce heat to low, and simmer for 8-10 minutes until oats are soft, stirring occasionally.
  3. Remove from heat, stir in cinnamon, and divide into two bowls.
