Ingredients
- For Dough:

- For Filling:
- 1/4 cup brown sugar

- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened

Directions
- Heat oven to 375°F and grease an 8x8-inch baking dish.
- For Dough: In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Add milk and vegetable oil, stirring until a dough forms. Knead lightly, then roll out into a 10x8-inch rectangle on a floured surface.
- For Filling: Spread softened butter over the dough, then sprinkle evenly with brown sugar and cinnamon. Roll up tightly from the long side, cut into 4 equal rolls, and place in the baking dish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- For Glaze: In a medium bowl, whisk powdered sugar and milk until smooth. Drizzle over warm rolls.
- Serve 1 roll per plate warm.
