Directions

  1. Heat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground sausage, shredded cheddar cheese, almond flour, beaten egg, salt, and pepper, mixing well with hands.
  3. Form mixture into 12 equal balls (about 1-inch each).
  4. Place balls on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 18-20 minutes until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature 160°F).
