Ingredients
- 4 slices bacon (sugar-free for Whole30), chopped
- 1 cup asparagus, trimmed and chopped
- 6 large eggs, beaten
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

Directions
- Heat oven to 375°F.
- In an oven-safe medium skillet over medium heat, cook chopped bacon until crispy, about 5-7 minutes, then remove to a plate, reserving grease in the skillet.
- Add olive oil to the skillet, then sauté asparagus until tender-crisp, about 3-4 minutes.
