  5. 1 tablespoon olive oil

Directions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, sage, salt, and pepper, mixing well with hands.
  2. Form mixture into 8 equal patties (about 2 ounces each).
  3. In a medium skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil.
  4. Cook patties in batches, 3-4 minutes per side, until browned and cooked through (internal temperature 160°F).
  5. Serve 2 patties per plate warm.
