Ingredients
- 1 zucchini , cut into chunks
- 1 bell pepper, cut into chunks
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions
- - Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- - Thread zucchini, bell pepper, and cherry tomatoes onto 4 skewers.
