  1. 1 avocado , halved and pitted
  2. 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, diced
  3. 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped
  4. 1 teaspoon lime juice
  5. 1/4 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. - Halve and pit the avocado, leaving the skin on.
  2. - In a small bowl, mix diced tomatoes, cilantro, lime juice, and salt to make salsa.
  3. - Spoon salsa into each avocado half and serve 1/2 avocado per portion fresh.
