Directions

  1. - In a small bowl, mix macadamia nuts with melted coconut oil and erythritol if using.
  2. - Form into 4 small clusters and place on a baking sheet.
  3. - Freeze for 30 minutes until set, then serve 2 clusters per portion cold.
