  1. 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  2. 2 ounces fresh mozzarella, cubed
  3. 1 teaspoon olive oil
  4. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

  1. Halve the cherry tomatoes and cube the mozzarella.
  2. Toss tomatoes and mozzarella with olive oil and black pepper.
  3. Divide into two portions and serve 1/2 cup tomatoes with 1 ounce mozzarella per portion fresh.
