  2. 1 cup ricotta cheese
  3. 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  4. 1/2 cup marinara sauce (sugar-free for Keto)

Directions

  1. - Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. - Lay zucchini strips flat, spread a thin layer of ricotta on each, roll up, and place seam-side down in a baking dish.
  3. - Pour marinara sauce over the roll-ups, top with mozzarella cheese, and bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly.
