  1. 8 ounces turkey breast, sliced
  2. 4 slices whole grain bread
  3. 1/2 cup lettuce, shredded
  4. 1/2 cup tomato, sliced
  5. 1 tablespoon mayonnaise

Directions

  1. - Spread mayonnaise on each slice of bread.
  2. - Layer turkey, lettuce, and tomato on two slices, sprinkle with black pepper, and top with the remaining slices.
