Ingredients
- 8 ounces shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/2 cup orzo
- 1 cup water
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Directions
- - In a medium pot, bring water to a boil, add orzo, and cook for 8-10 minutes until tender, then drain.
