  1. 4 ounces sausage links (sugar-free for Keto)
  2. 2 large eggs
  3. 1 tablespoon olive oil
  4. 1/4 teaspoon salt
  5. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

  1. - In a medium skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil, add sausage, and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes (internal temperature 160°F). Remove and slice.
  2. - In the same skillet, crack eggs and fry for 2-3 minutes until whites are set but yolks are still runny (or to desired doneness).
  3. - Divide sausage and eggs into two bowls, season with salt and pepper, and serve warm.
