Ingredients
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 tablespoons almonds, sliced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt

Directions
- In a medium pot, bring water to a boil, add broccoli, and blanch for 3-5 minutes until tender-crisp, then drain and cool.
- In a medium bowl, toss broccoli and almonds with olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Divide into two bowls and serve fresh.
