  1. 4 cups bone broth (low-sodium for DASH)
  2. 2 tablespoons chives, chopped
  3. 1 tablespoon olive oil
  4. 1/4 teaspoon salt
  5. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

  1. In a large pot over medium heat, heat olive oil, add chives, and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  2. Pour in bone broth, season with salt and pepper, and bring to a simmer.
  3. Simmer for 5-7 minutes to blend flavors.
  4. Divide into four bowls and serve hot.
