Ingredients
- 8 ounces ground beef
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cups lettuce, shredded
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
Directions
- In a medium skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil.
- Add ground beef, chili powder, salt, and pepper, cooking and breaking it apart with a spatula until browned, about 5-7 minutes (internal temperature 160°F).
- Divide lettuce into two bowls, top each with half the beef and cherry tomatoes, and serve warm.
Storage
Refrigerate components separately in airtight containers for up to 4 days. Assemble fresh before eating.
